Terms and conditions
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Who we are and who this applies to
These terms apply to every use of the website, the free check, the free tools and the subscriptions of HaverCo (Chamber of Commerce (CoC) 58136487, Mercuriusweg 118, 2516AW The Hague). Our services are intended only for businesses, organisations and self-employed professionals acting in the course of their trade or profession. By creating an account you confirm this and that you are at least 18 years old. Other terms and conditions, such as those of the customer, do not apply.
2. What we provide
HelloGeoLabs asks questions (prompts) to AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude through their official interfaces, and shows whether and how your organisation is mentioned in the answers. Depending on your plan you get a dashboard, reports, advice, sentiment, alerts, export and a shareable link. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page. How we measure is explained on How we measure.
We are an independent service and are not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Perplexity AI or Anthropic. Their product names are trademarks of their owners.
3. Account
You keep your login details secret and are responsible for what happens in your account. You provide correct details and keep them up to date. If you notice that someone else is using your account, let us know immediately.
4. Free check and free tools
- You can request the free check once per website. We may refuse or not carry out a request in case of misuse, for example several accounts for the same website.
- The free tools (such as the llms.txt generator and the robots.txt checker) read public files and pages of the website you enter. Only use them for websites in which you have a reasonable interest. The result is an aid, without any guarantee.
5. Subscription, trial and payment
- A subscription runs per month and renews automatically until you cancel.
- You pay in advance via Stripe, by iDEAL, credit card or SEPA Direct Debit. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- If a discount code gives you a free trial, your subscription automatically becomes a paid subscription after that period, unless you cancel before the trial ends. A discount code can be used once per account.
- A custom plan is agreed with you separately. These terms also apply to it, supplemented by what we agree in writing (for example by email). If you pay for a custom plan by invoice, it runs until the agreed end date and a payment term of 14 days applies.
- If a payment fails, we try again and send you a message. If payment is still not made, we may stop your subscription and the measurements.
- We announce price changes for a running subscription at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
6. Changing and cancelling
- You can cancel at any time under Subscription in your account. Your subscription then continues until the end of the paid period; after that you pay nothing more.
- You change plans under Subscription, through the secure Stripe customer portal. The new plan takes effect immediately and the price difference is settled pro rata on your next invoice. Before you confirm, you see what the change costs.
- Paid periods are not refunded. If you delete your account, a running subscription stops immediately and you do not receive a refund for the remaining period.
- After your subscription ends, we keep your measurements for another 90 days so that you can come back. After that we delete them.
7. Fair use
Each plan has limits, such as the number of websites or markets, questions, competitors and measurements per week. Some features, such as AI suggestions for questions, have hourly limits. We also apply a general cap on the number of AI questions per day. If it is reached, we carry out measurements as soon as possible afterwards.
You may not use the service to overload systems, automatically extract the service or our data, circumvent security, resell the service without our permission, or for anything that breaks the law or the rights of others. You may also not enter questions or content that are unlawful, misleading or offensive.
8. Use for clients (agencies)
With an Agency subscription or a custom plan you may use the service for your own clients. You make sure you are allowed to do so, for example because your client has agreed. You are the point of contact for your clients.
If you use reports with your own logo (white label), you confirm that you have the right to use that name and logo. You allow us to show them in the reports and shared dashboards of your account.
9. Sharing and exporting
With a shareable link, anyone who has the link can view your results without an account. You decide who you share the link with and you can revoke it at any time under Settings. If you export your data (CSV), you are responsible for what you do with that file afterwards.
10. What our measurements and advice are and are not
AI models do not always give the same answer and change constantly. Our measurements give the best possible picture of your visibility at the time of measuring. The sentiment, summaries, question suggestions and advice are partly created with AI and may contain errors.
We do our best (a best-efforts obligation), but we do not guarantee that your organisation will be mentioned, rank higher or win more customers. You implement advice at your own responsibility.
11. AI providers and other services
For the measurements we depend on the AI providers and on other services, such as hosting and Stripe. If they change their service, prices or terms, or are temporarily unavailable, this may affect the measurements. We may then adjust how we work, for example by replacing a model, as long as the service essentially stays the same. We announce major changes in advance.
12. Availability and maintenance
We aim for a site that is always available, but maintenance and outages can occur. If a weekly measurement fails because of an outage on our side or at an AI provider, we carry it out as soon as possible.
13. Intellectual property
The software, the dashboard, the texts and the report layout remain ours. You remain the owner of what you enter yourself. You may freely use your measurement results and reports, including sharing them with your clients.
You allow us to use the data in your account to provide and improve the service. We may use general, anonymised insights (without names of you or your clients), for example to improve our measurements.
14. Liability
Our liability is limited to direct damage and to no more than the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost turnover, profit or customers. This does not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness by our management.
You indemnify us against claims by others resulting from your use of the service in breach of these terms, for example if you use another party’s data or logo without permission.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable if we cannot meet our obligations because of circumstances beyond our control, such as outages at AI providers, our hosting provider or internet providers, cyber attacks or government measures.
16. Suspension and termination by us
If you act in breach of these terms, we may temporarily block your account or a feature, or end the agreement. Except in case of serious misuse, we warn you first. If we stop the service for another reason, we announce this at least 30 days in advance and refund prepaid amounts for the remaining period.
17. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy. For data we process on your behalf, the data processing agreement applies, which forms part of these terms. You can read more about cookies in the cookie policy.
18. Changes
We may change these terms. We announce important changes at least 30 days in advance by email. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
19. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. We first try to resolve a dispute together; email hello@hellogeolabs.com for this. If that does not work, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague.
