Payment methods
You pay for your subscription securely via Stripe, one of the largest payment platforms in the world. Choose the payment method that suits you best.
iDEAL
Pay the first month directly through your own Dutch bank. After that, the following months are collected automatically via SEPA Direct Debit, so you do not have to pay manually every month.
Credit card
Pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. The amount is charged to your card automatically every month.
SEPA Direct Debit
Give a mandate with your IBAN. The amount is collected from your account automatically every month. Works with bank accounts across the euro area.
How payment works
Monthly
You pay monthly in advance. You can cancel your subscription every month.
Prices excl. VAT
Our prices exclude VAT. VAT is shown separately on your invoice.
Invoice by email
After every payment you automatically receive an invoice by email.
Secure
Your payment details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store full card or account numbers.
Change your payment method
- 1Log in and go to “Subscription”.
- 2Click “Change payment method”.
- 3Choose or change your payment method in Stripe’s secure environment.
Payment failed?
If a payment fails, you receive an email with a link to pay the invoice or update your payment method. Your account keeps working for the time being.
