An LLM (Large Language Model) is the AI model behind assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. It is trained on huge amounts of text and writes answers in plain language, often combined with current search results. GEO, also called LLM optimisation or LLM SEO, makes sure these models find enough reliable information about your organisation to mention you. HelloGeoLabs measures how often that happens.

Yes. A market is one combination of country and language, for example the Netherlands (Dutch) or Germany (German). Each market counts as one website in your plan: Starter and Pro include 1, Agency 5. For large brands we put together a custom package with as many markets as needed. For each market you set the country and the questions in that country’s language. Reports and advice are in Dutch or English.

With a subscription you get your own dashboard that updates automatically every week:

• Weekly measurements in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, with the trend over time.
• Per question and per AI model: whether you are mentioned, in which position, and the full AI answer.
• Track your competitors (5 or 10) and get an email when someone overtakes you.

• Add your own questions or let us suggest them: 25, 75 or 250 questions depending on your plan.

The free check is a photo, a subscription is the film. AI answers change constantly: per week, per model and per question. One measurement can happen to be favourable or unfavourable. Only by measuring the same questions every week do you see the real trend, see whether your improvements work and notice in time when a competitor overtakes you. And with a subscription you do not just get the numbers, but also an action plan with ready-made solutions.

Starter (€39 per month) is for 1 website with 25 questions and 5 competitors, measured automatically once a week. Pro (€89) is for 1 website with 75 questions and 10 competitors, also measured automatically once a week. Agency (€249) is for agencies and owners with up to 5 websites, 250 questions to share and automatic measurements twice a week. All prices exclude VAT and can be cancelled monthly.

Starter tracks up to 5 competitors, Pro and Agency up to 10. You choose them yourself and can change them at any time. Each measurement shows how often every competitor is mentioned, for which questions and by which AI model, and you get an email when a competitor overtakes you.

No. You can write them yourself, but our system also suggests questions automatically based on your industry and town. You choose which ones to use, and you can change them at any time.

You pay securely via Stripe, with iDEAL, credit card or SEPA direct debit. You receive your invoice by email.

Yes, monthly, from your account. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

5. 5You get a confirmation by email. Your subscription runs until the end of the paid period; after that you pay nothing.

Changed your mind? Until the end date you can click “Undo cancellation” on the same page. We keep your measurements for 90 days after the end.

A bigger plan starts immediately: you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. A smaller plan starts at your next payment.

3. 3Update your payment method or billing details in the Stripe customer portal. You will also find all your invoices there.

You can delete your account under “Account”. If you have a running subscription, it ends immediately. We erase your data within 30 days, except invoices we are legally required to keep.

We ask realistic customer questions through the official APIs of OpenAI, Google, Perplexity and Anthropic, with web search enabled. We then analyse whether and where you are mentioned and which sources are cited.

AI answers and the sources models use change over days and weeks, not by the hour. Improvements to your website or new reviews are also picked up only after a while. A weekly measurement with many questions across four models shows the real trend without noise from daily fluctuations, and keeps the price low. Agency measures twice a week, and with a custom plan you choose the days yourself.

Automatically, on a fixed day: the weekday on which your subscription started. Once a week with Starter and Pro, twice a week with Agency (that day and three days later). You do not have to do anything yourself.

They are very similar, but the apps also use personal settings, previous conversations and location. That is why we measure with web search enabled and look at the trend across measurements.

Technical improvements are often picked up within a few weeks. Building mentions and reputation takes longer. Weekly measurements show exactly when the effect starts.
